This week A|Wear have launched the fantastic Wonderland collection online at Awear.com.  The new collection is said to be inspired by Alice but with an A|wear twist, think a toned down Lady Gaga mixed with fairytale influences.  The designs take inspiration from Luella, Temperley & D&G… it’s all about decadence and eccentric pieces playing on proportions/

Skirts & Dresses

• Skirts are full and playful. Think ruffle full hip peplums & bubble shapes
• Be bold and add an underskirt to your favourite dress for added volume
• Playing with proportion is key….dresses should be full on the bottom but fitted on the top. The lamp shade full skirt with tiered bustier will be must have shapes

Jackets

• Jackets are a staple to the wonderland collection
• Structured and fitted return to the forefront with the cropped Spencer style grey jacket
• The shoulder pad also still features giving structure but not as heavy as last season
• The polka dot & bow prints both small & exaggerated feature heavily across the collection with flashes of fuchsia pink, lurex and tweed.
• Knitwear comes in embellished & cropped styles, think Chanel influenced detailing
