The new Import Text Links feature makes it easier to add new Text Links and to modify your existing links. In fact, you can add or modify hundreds, even thousands, of Text Links at a single time by entering them into a .csv file and uploading that file to the Advertiser Dashboard. A .csv file is a file that has comma-separated values. You can save an Excel files and Notepad files in .csv format.
